This workbook does help learn the material. The answers are in the back for guidance. The only problem with that is some of the answers referred to a textbook page in lieu of actually giving the answer and those page numbers weren't always accurate.

Book was as described and so much cheaper than the school bookstore. Shipping was pretty fast as well, the only drawback is I have to do the work(lol).
