I highly recommend this book for anyone seeking to pass the ARDMS Sonographic Physics registry. Dr. Kremkau is wonderful at explaining the principles necessary to understand and operate modern sonographic material. He doesn'tBy Dea Shatterly
"dumb it down"--he simply explains the concepts.
it covers most of the topics I found in the text; some physical principles are not very well expressed. Illustrations and tables are very good and clear; most of the times is better to look at the pictures than the text itself! I would definitely recommend this product for SPI test preparationBy Bellini Francesca
