I would not recommend this book if you are looking for one with nursing intervention rationales.. this book does not have any rationales in it.By Koebea
I would have sent this back and asked for one that wasn't Damaged if school hadn't already been in session. Nothing more frustrating than getting a book that's all bent up.By andy coppinger
