I read the book from cover to cover and found it to be pretty good. I am new to the pharmacy technician field and can't really rate the book better or worse than any other books at this point. What I can tell you is that I applied for a Pharmacy Technician job at a local Pharmacy and got in. I start tomorrow. The book is pretty detailed and teaches the math well. I do wish the book had a complete sample test at the end to help evaluate myself.By Anthony Schiro
The book inspired me to continue my studies in biology, chemistry, anatomy, physiology and pharmocology.
I recently got a job as a Pharmacy Tech and this book gave me a great head start in my work. I am finding that working as a Tech is mostly dealing with insurance companies, but the information in here about drug names, uses and schedules is greatly useful. Recommended for anyone looking to become a Tech.By Shane
