I used this book for my counseling class and I never really felt that it was helpful. Their were only a handful of times that I used this as a reference. And some of the techniques really could have been explained a lot better.

for 103 dollars.. i should have to buy anything off [...].... I was excited to hear about the test that you could take after chapters and the website doesnt exactly work like that... i thought that there would be a cd with the book like most books have but that is not the case as well
