It was packaged in a box. It was folded three times on itself. Other posters I received were either rolled (appropriate for a poster) in a box or in the proper packaging. The poster was wrinkled and slightly torn at the bottom.

The poster size is 20" x 26" in case anyone is looking for a frame. Great for understanding anatomy for physical therapy.
