Image Guided Spine InterventionsBy Joseph J Grenier

This is an excellent text on discography and C arm directed imaging of spinal disc degeneration and its decompression. This is a very good illustration of percutaneous techniques used by anesthesiologists, neurosurgeons, and orthopaedic surgeons. Fluoroscopy and radiographic localization is well used here.
I highly recommend this book for all neurologists and neurosurgeons.
I had bought the original text however it left with a resident or intern. It was useful to describe the anatomy to students.I was also enthused with the discussion of kyphoplasty especially ligamentotaxis a technique which when used was a reasonable way to restore anatomy.By Richard Scott
I am using it now in preparation for a lecture on the uses and misuses of epidural corticosteroids.
