This book was great for my course last quarter in school. The book was very easy to read and understand. There are many acronyms used throughout the book a helpful tool for me was to write them down and glance at the paper when reading the chapters. At times there were too many statistics and numbers that led off focus point of the topic, but it's full of great information.

The textbook was exactly what I needed to complete my course. Minimal writing in it and for the most part excellent condition.
