I'm glad I bought the Kindle version of this book, because if I had paid the hard cover price I would have returned it. While it has some good information about uses for vinegar, it is poorly written, badly organized, and redundant in its presentation. The same information is presented over, and over, and over. If properly organized and edited this book would probably be less than one third its present size. Each chapter states the same information all over again.
