First off, let me say I might be a little biased on this book because I have Professor Caldwell for statistics course. However, I think it's a good bias. For those that have heard her lecture, the book is exactly like it. I appreciate that the text sounds like a conversation, so if you read it aloud you end up talking it out with yourself, a method that has always helped me in mathematics. I've taken a statistics course in high school, but had to take it again as part of my undergraduate work. I have never understood the material this well before and would highly recommend this text to a statistics student of any level. Excellent job, professor!By Justin
liked the summaries, information boxes, the examples...makes a tough subject almost tolerable and thats saying a lot for a math-phobic person like meBy The Black Daria
